Eli-Flex is a two part polyurethane resin formulated to effect quick and easy conveyor belt and other rubber, urethane, or PVC repairs.

Eli-Flex has been formulated for applications on vertical or horizontal surfaces for instant conveyor belt and rubber repair (e.g. holes,tears, splits, cracks, sealing joints, preventing spillage, covering metallic fasteners, repairing marine fenders and floating hoses).
Eli-Flex is designed to be applied with a spatula or a similar tool with minimal surface preparation.
After a few hours the cured product achieves physical properties similar to the conveyor belt rubber cover.

Available in 100g, 150g, 300g, and 500g kits to fit your repair.
Also available in a self-leveling liquid 150g Kit. Ideal for molding applications.
Eli-Flex FR1510 - Protect a Splice
Eli-Flex FR1510 Protect a Splice is a special two-part resin system formulated to cover and seal mechanical belt splices.

The versatile compound bonds to rubber, PVC, urethane and metal/steel substrates, exhibiting excellent strength and adhesion combined with flexibility, tear strength, and abrasion resistance.
Included PRI 1002 Primer to increase adhesion to mechanical surfaces.
